Raleigh, N.C.-based WakeMed Health & Hospitals has tapped Health Catalyst to provide analytics technology to draw clinically actionable insights from patient data, per a Jan. 13 news release.
WakeMed will implement Health Catalyst's Data Operating System and Rapid Response Analytics solutions. Together, the two systems will allow clinical, analytics and administrative teams to derive the most significant real-time insights from WakeMed's raw clinical data.
"Health Catalyst's cloud-based technology platform will help us improve our patient quality outcomes by providing timely, critical data to our clinical and leadership teams," Rick Carrico, executive vice president and CFO of WakeMed, said in the release. "The company's commitment to the achievement of our mutually set outcomes and improvement goals speak volumes about the team's dedication to delivering curated, accurate and impactful data to transform healthcare."
